Ms. UY Colinna
Member of the Secretariat of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) with the rank of Director
Ms. UY Colinna joins as the Member of the Secretariat of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) in November 2024, appointed by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia. In December 2024, she served as the member of the First Sub-committee on Substance and Documentation for the 12th General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP). In addition, she also
Joined as a member of the Secretariat of the Global Chinese Economic & Technology Summit 2024 Organizing Committee (GCET). In 2025, she is appointed as the member of the First Sub-Committee on Substance and Documentation of the National Committee for Organising the 12th Francophonie Summit 2026.
In July 2024, she completed her Master Degree in International Relations from the University of Pécs, Hungary, holding the degree with distinction as the Cambodian scholar from the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship. Her dissertation concentrated on the topic of “The Analysis of the Transformation of Germany’s Immigration Policy” with the case study of the neglecting migration from ASEAN to Germany. Furthermore, with the study’s specialization in regionalism, her expertise circles across the regional and international economic institutions and trade within the European Union (EU), and the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Between 2023-2024, she had participated in the Erasmus Plus Youth Exchange about “Re-Invent-Your-Cycle” in Romania, and engaged in the European Conference about “E-Democracy: A Tool for Activating Unemployed Citizens’ Participation” in Greece. In addition, she was also the ASEAN Dual Degree Scholar, holding her Bachelor degree in International Relations and Political Science from Paragon International University (PIU) in Cambodia, and another Bachelor degree in International Relations and Global Affairs from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) in Thailand. Between 2021 and 2024, she worked at the ASEAN Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children as the Research and Project Coordinator under the supervision of the Thailand Representative to the ACWC for Women’s Rights in Thailand. Her working experience has reshaped her enthusiasm in looking back to Cambodia and devoting to contribute in the field of socio-economic well-being of people including the vulnerable groups and the promotion of foreign direct investment from the bilateral and multilateral trade opportunity.
