BIOGRAPHY
H.E. TIN Ponlok
Secretary of State of MOE and Member of TPAB
Ponlok holds a Doctoral Degree and a Master’s Degree from the People’s Friendship University of Russia. He also completed a certificate in public administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
He currently serves as the Secretary of State for the Ministry of Environment (MOE). Before his current appointment, Ponlok was the Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Green Development Council at MOE, where he contributed to advancing Cambodia’s green development initiatives and sustainable environmental policies.
