BIOGRAPHY
H.E. DAV Ansan
Secretary of State of MISTI and Member of TPAB
Ansan holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy from Williams College, Massachusetts, United States (2008-2009), and a Master’s Degree in Economic Science from the Royal Academy of Cambodia (2001-2003). He also earned a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (1997-2001) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the National University of Management (1996-2000).
Currently, he serves as the Secretary of State for the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MISTI). Before his current role, Ansan was the Advisor to the President of the National Assembly’s Cabinet Office from 2016 until 2023, contributing to legislative support and policy advisory.
